Dear Landlord/Agency,
I am Ivaylo, a future Student at TU/e as of September 2026, and am very interested in renting your property for my studies in Eindhoven.
I will be an ideal tenant for the following reasons: Reliability, Outstanding Financial Security and Proven Dutch Rental History.
I am responsible, clean, tidy, communicative person, a non-smoker, who has recently graduated from one of the top-ranked schools in Bulgaria.
I lead a healthy lifestyle and love sports, movies, cars and hi-tech devices.
My rent will be paid by my father as a guarantor with ample funds (approx. €7000 net monthly income+ permanent employment contract) and 3-year history of diligent payment of my sister's rent in Tilburg (supportive documents available per your request).
I am ready to rent ASAP and pay prior move-in.
I would appreciate an online viewing, however, an on-site visit by my sister and a video call is also possible.
