My name is Sung Hyun Hwang, and I am a Korean student who will be studying in the Master's programme at Design Academy Eindhoven.
I have already lived in the Netherlands for five years and completed my Bachelor's degree here. I consider myself a quiet, clean, and responsible person.
At the moment, I am a student, but I am able to provide proof of sufficient savings, and my parents can act as guarantors if required. I currently have €45,000 in savings and can provide an official bank statement as proof of funds. I can also provide bank statements from my previous years living in the Netherlands to demonstrate my financial reliability and rental stability.
I am looking for long-term accommodation and intend to stay for at least two years during my studies. I do not smoke, drink alcohol, or use drugs, and I do not have any pets.
I am very interested in this apartment and would be grateful if my application could be considered.
